From the "feedback" form / survey questions:

What do you find most difficult about finding information on the Web?

This question is striking to me for two reasons: (1) given the presentation of Pi is not largely toward "finding information" but "conversation" (or guided self- reflection/writing?) and (2) I'd love to read and discuss what people say in response to this question.

The "conversational" aim of the company appears to produce a mismatch in the feedback form——from the anthropomorphized first-person wrapping of the survey instrument ("Hey! This is Pi. I'd love to hear your thoughts on how I'm doing...") to the survey questions themselves presenting a sort of _illeism_—"referring to oneself in the third person instead of first person[^wiki]—perhaps ("What do you wish for from Pi?").
