Fixed: I had failed to test the table of contents at the top of my /diss pages after changing my URL scheme and my automatic redirections are not working so the links went to 404 pages. All these pages use the diss Jekyll layout so it was a quick fix, replacing .html to \. That said, I still need a better system for testing my links.
