hypecert tag

I use ‘hypecert’, as in ‘the certification of hype’ or a ‘hype certificate’, to refer to a practice of certifying various hypeful/hopeful claims. Generally I’ve used it to refer to testing if a claimed great success with an LLM for a search-like task is just as likely to be just as easily accomplished with a general purpose search engine. That said, the searchers relationship to a perceived likelihood of success with one tool over another is a part of the tool itself.
